• Support the COO in business planning and market analysis.
• Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Analyze data to recommend strategies for business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor key performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management decision-making.

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration (MBA preferred, Finance or Marketing); Agriculture degree is a plus.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Business Development, Market Research, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: BDT 30,000–40,000 (based on experience)
