1. Pre-Audit of Payments & Vouchers
-Examine all bills, vouchers, and supporting documents prior to payment approval.
-Verify supplier invoices, subcontractor bills, transport, utility, and factory expenses for accuracy and validity.
-Ensure payments are supported by approved Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), and Goods Received Note (GRN).
-Check proper authorization and approval hierarchy for all expenditures.
2. Compliance & Internal Control
-Ensure all transactions comply with company financial policies and applicable laws (VAT, TAX, AIT, Labor Act, etc.).
-Identify any non-compliance, irregularities, or policy deviations and report them to the Head of Auditor.
-Maintain proper documentation, working papers, and audit trails for future reference.
3. Procurement & Inventory Verification
-Review and verify documents related to procurement of raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, and consumables before approval.
-Match received goods with delivery challans, inspection reports, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-Confirm that materials and inventories are properly recorded and acknowledged.
4. Payroll & HR Expense Audit
-Review overtime, attendance records, and wage sheets prior to payroll processing.
-Verify contractual labor bills, manpower service invoices, and other HR-related expenses for accuracy and compliance.
5. Reporting & Coordination
-Prepare daily and weekly pre-audit reports highlighting discrepancies, risks, and recommendations.
-Coordinate with Accounts, Procurement, Store, HR, and Production teams to resolve audit observations.
-Support management in implementing corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings.
6. Continuous Improvement
-Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal control systems and minimize financial risks.
-Contribute to the automation and digitization of audit documentation and record-keeping processes.
BBA or MBA in Accounting, Finance
