• Supervise and ensure that the freight/cargo is moving efficiently and strategically and reaches desired destination on time, in the right condition, and cost-effectively.
• Communicate with different shipping line for acquiring better buying rate for offering to export queries.Negotiate with constant clients about air shipment rates with airlines.
• Be in streamline with the operation team and work side by side to ensure the core responsibilities and jobs are completed smoothly and in due time.
• Do SWOT analysis for management’s decision making for business growth.Prepare and process client invoices and handle facility billing processes.
• Develop operating procedures and KPIs in collaboration with contractors.

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Management

• Experience Required : 4-5 years
• Should have International Sea Export, Air Export and Import experience in the Freight Forwarding industry. 
•  Maintain external and internal customer relationships ,
• Good communication skills, especially when delivering information to customers and team members.
