Support the PM in tracking project progress against schedule, scope, and cost.

Assist the SME in ensuring logistics and storage capacity requirements are integrated in plant design, including:

Tracking warehouse and dispatch area construction.

Monitoring design and development of inbound raw material unloading systems and outbound product distribution facilities.

Support the SME in monitoring supporting facilities during construction, including:

Driver waiting rooms, parking lots for trucks, sanitation, and security gates.

Internal utility systems, safety provisions, and internal roads.

Construction of ETP plants, safety exits, and other internal structures.

Collect and analyze data on transport flow, storage utilization, and facility readiness.

Provide weekly reports on logistics and facility development progress.

Support procurement/supply chain teams in vendor evaluation and contract tracking.

Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance records, and lessons learned.

Actively engage in knowledge transfer with the SME to prepare for long-term operations leadership.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
