• Supervise and ensure that the freight/cargo is moving efficiently and strategically and reaches desired destination on time, in the right condition, and cost-effectively.
• Minimize complaints from the customer with the proper follow up and engaging key operational team to maintain the proper service and error free service. 
• Negotiate with clients for Air/Sea shipment rates with Airlines/ Shipping lines, carriers.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards set by the industry.
• Handle consumer complaints and help with prompt resolutions.
• Analyze market competitors, develop Sea/ Air freight product and execute new business.
• Assist Documentation and Customer service team on complex shipment scenario.
• Do SWOT analysis for management’s decision making for business growth.
• Coordinate with existing international partners to expand the business.
• Prepare and process client invoices and handle facility billing processes.
• Determine appropriate Sea/ Air freight pricing by working closely with senior management.
• Collect outstanding payments within the agreed timeline.
• Develop operating procedures and KPIs in collaboration with contractors.

Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree preferably in Logistics/Management/Supply Chain

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree preferably in Logistics/Management/Supply Chain.
• Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in Freight Forwarding company.
• Should have International Sea/Air Export experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Good communication skills, especially when delivering information to customers and team members.
