Job Description

 

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. 
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, manage office supplies inventory, and ensure equipment is functioning properly. 
  • Communication: Answer phones, manage emails, and handle mail, acting as a central point of contact for the office. 
  • Coordination: Coordinate meetings, schedule events, and ensure efficient workflows. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files. 
  • Financial Tasks: May assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and handling reimbursements. 
  • Vendor Relations: Manage vendor relationships, including ordering supplies and handling contracts. 
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and handle customer inquiries. 
  • Human Resources Support: May assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. 
  • Project Coordination: May assist with coordinating projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
