•        Identifying new products ideas, Market trends and customer needs through research and collaboration with cross functional teams. ·        
•  Developing a product strategy that aligns with business goals, market needs, and includes budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
•  Overseeing the entire product development process, from initial concept to final launch, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
•  Collaborating with marketing, design, engineering, and production teams to ensure the product meets all specifications and quality standards.
•  Managing product testing to ensure performance, safety, and user experience are up to standard before launch.
•  Tracking product performance and gathering customer feedback for future improvements and adjustments.
•  Identifying potential risks during the product development process (e.g., technical issues, supply chain disruptions) and developing strategies to mitigate them.
•  Leading and mentoring the NPD team, fostering a collaborative environment, and providing training or guidance to enhance skills within the team.
•  Ensuring that new products align with the company’s sustainability goals, including sourcing sustainable materials, minimizing environmental impact, and exploring eco-friendly packaging options.
•  Ensuring the product is developed within budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
•  Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product development success, such as market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
•  Leading and motivating product development teams while effectively communicating strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as needed.
•  Should have in depth pricing knowledge, even if you are not directly responsible for setting prices.
•  Uphold company policies and regulations as set by HR and Admin.
