• Lead and manage the area sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Maintain and expand dealer, retailer, and distribution networks.
• Ensure proper display, branding, and merchandising at outlets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare market intelligence reports.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure strong market coverage and brand visibility.
• Guide, train, and motivate sales representatives to enhance performance.
• Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.s.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in electronics sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Chattogram, Cumilla, and Feni markets.
• Target-driven and capable of managing a regional sales team effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
