Cost Control:

• Identify and record all costs associated with the production of goods and services.
• Support the preparation of reports on cost variances.
• Collect and analyse data to control costs and ensure compliance with budget and financial targets.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or efficiency.

Budgeting:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets for senior management and stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining detailed budget plans, including forecasts, projections, and assumptions.
• Collect and analyse data to monitor budget performance, identify areas of variance, and take corrective action.
• Support the revision of budget plans as needed to ensure alignment with changing business needs.

Inventory Control:

• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring they align with business requirements.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
• Identify and address inventory discrepancies, such as stockouts, overstocking, and obsolescence.
• Support the maintenance of inventory management systems, including tracking, reporting, and analytics.

Other responsibilities:

• Support for financial analysis.
• Collect and analyse data to identify and report on trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, procurement, and finance teams.
• Provide support to ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

M.Com in Accounting or Finance. CMA is a must.
