• Lead and manage the overall finance and accounts operations.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Ensure proper VAT, TAX, AIT, and audit compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, fund management, and cost control.
  • Supervise costing and pricing for accessories and production items.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal control systems.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Guide and develop the accounts team for improved performance.

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA (CC), CACC, or similar professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in RMG/Textile Accessories industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Skilled in VAT, TAX, AIT, and audit procedures.
• Proficient in ERP or accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
