Lead and motivate the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing and promoting a safe working environment. 

Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure that production machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition. 

Monitor production costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising product quality. 

Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align production with market demands and product specifications. 

Implement and sustain 5S in the ACL factory 

Maintain Zero fatal accidents and maintain safety non-compliances. 

Implement a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the production team to identify and implement process enhancements. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to integrate new technologies or methodologies into the production process. 

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 

Proven experience in production management, preferably in the paint or manufacturing industry. 

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. 

Effective problem-solving skills to address production challenges and optimize processes. 

Clear communication to coordinate with cross-functional teams and relay production updates. 

Excellent organizational skills to manage production schedules, inventory, and resources effectively. 

Ability to analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
