• Manage the full sample development process for knit lingerie.
• Ensure sample quality, fit, and specifications align with buyer requirements.
• Coordinate closely with design, merchandising, and production teams.
• Supervise sample room operations and ensure on-time sample submission.
• Solve technical issues related to fabric, fit, pattern, and construction.
• Guide and monitor sample operators for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain adherence to brand standards and sample timelines.

• BSc in Textile Engineering 
• 8–12 years of experience in sample development
• Must have proven experience in knit lingerie
• Strong technical knowledge of lingerie patterns, fittings, and materials
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple sample timelines under pressure
