developments.
➢ Oversee fabric, trims, print, wash, and sample development.
➢ Ensure accurate tech packs, fit approvals, and sample quality.
➢ Analyze trends, conduct market research, and share seasonal direction.
➢ Present design concepts and collections to buyers and maintain strong
communication.
➢ Work cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, production, and sourcing.
➢ Ensure designs meet costing, quality, and manufacturing feasibility.
➢ Lead, mentor, and develop the design & PD team.
