• Plan and designthe development and layout of both c:l'\.tcriorand interior spaces;evaluate in-store designs and productassortment strategies in collaboration with management.
• Actively participate in management team meetings for ongoing projects and new ventures, ensuring clear communication of expectations andnext steps.
• Contribute to all phases of design, includingschematic design, designdevelopment , andpreparation of  construction  documents.
• Continuously updateproject manuals and specifications, ensuring all scopes,revisions, and additions are accurately captured.
• Conduct on-site inspections and prepare detailedobservation reports for management.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with material suppliers, contractors, and internal team members.
• Perform site surveys, code research , and construction-phase observations to ensure compliance and progress accuracy.
• Provide support throughout the construction administration process .
• Address regular maintenance and technical issues of stores promptlyby coordinating with relevant departments and personnel.
• Maintain consistent communication with landlords, utility providers, internet serviceproviders, and local security forces to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Manage deadlines and coordinate team efforts to ensure projectcompletion on time and within budget.
• Develop completesets ofconstruction documen ts, including plans, elevations,  details, and section drawings.
• Oversee and managethe overall design process acrossall project stages.
• Prepare and present annualproject expansion budgets,proposed location selections, design layouts, andfinancial reports to management incoordination with the Business Development team, providing aclear year-over-year overview of expansion progress.
