• Develop and execute consumer sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Explore new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities within the flour and staple food category.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, and stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and ensure high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the consumer sales team; ensure continuous sales support.
• Set sales targets, conduct performance reviews, and arrange training & development programs.
• Ensure effective market visits, field monitoring, gap identification, and complaint resolution.
• Coordinate with Executive Directors on sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitors.

Masters in any Discipline 

• Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Consumer Sales, preferably in Atta, Moida, Suji, Dal, Mustard Oil, or similar FMCG staple products.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and market analysis skills.
• Proven ability to manage large sales teams and distributor networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for market supervision.
