- Lead onboarding of property owners, developers, and institutional partners.

- Establish operating standards for leasing, maintenance, tenant experience, and compliance.

- Drive global expansion into priority markets including GCC and Southeast Asia.

- Implement tech-enabled property management systems and centralized operations.

- Own commercial models including management fees, revenue share, and value-added services.

- Recruit and lead operations, sales, CX, and asset management teams.

- Own overall business P&L and portfolio performance.

- 10+ years of experience in property management, serviced apartments, or long-stay hospitality.

- Proven global or regional exposure in managing residential portfolios.

- Strong understanding of leasing laws, property operations, and asset optimization.

- Experience building scalable service-led businesses.
