• Manage day-to-day IT operations, systems, and network support
• Ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, and internal IT infrastructure
• Provide IT support to all departments and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support digital documentation, visual layouts, and company materials
• Coordinate with management for IT security and system improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline

• 5–10 years of experience in IT management or support role
• Hands-on knowledge of Graphic Design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
