Job Context
A reputed Garments Buying House is seeking an experienced Garments Technician to manage
technical development from sample to bulk production. The role involves close coordination with
factories and international buyers to ensure quality, fitting accuracy, and timely delivery. Strong
technical knowledge and good communication skills in English are essential.

�� Job Responsibilities:
 Review and analyze tech packs, buyer specifications, and garment construction
details.
 Ensure accurate sample development as per buyer requirements.
 Conduct fit sessions and provide technical comments to factories.
 Follow up with factories to ensure smooth bulk production and quality
compliance.
 Identify technical issues and provide solutions during development and
production stages.
 Maintain direct communication with international buyers regarding technical
matters.
 Ensure timely approvals of samples (Fit, PP, TOP, Shipment sample).

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Fashion Technology.
Diploma in Textile (with strong experience) may also apply.

Minimum 15 years of experience in a reputable house buying or export-oriented garments factory Local & international.
Experience handling international buyers (USA/Europe preferred).
Strong knowledge of woven, knit & bottom garments construction.
