• Develop and implement hospital and diagnostic center mission, vision, and strategic goals in alignment with healthcare laws, policies, and technologies
• Oversee day-to-day operations, resource allocation, facilities & equipment’s to ensure efficiency, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
• Develop and manage financial budgets, cost control strategies, oversee billing & other expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
• Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, market trends analysis, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Promote initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes as well as address patient feedback and implement improvements.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and ethical practices, mitigate organizational risks, including legal and operational risks.
• Build strong relationships with community leaders, policymakers, and healthcare partners.
• Establish technology drive adoption of cutting edge medical technologies and digital health solutions.
• Collaborate with the management on hospital performance, challenges, and future plans as well as maintain transparency in reporting financial and operational outcomes.

• The candidate should have experience of working for 5-7 years in any reputed Manufacturing/FMCG company. Also, around 10-12 years’ experience in Hospital and Diagnostic center, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in similar position.
