Configuration Management and Improvements:
Lead improvements to the configuration of the SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) module to align with the financial processes of the apparel manufacturing industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Financial Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) domain and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Analyze and improve FI-CO sub-module configurations,
FI - General Ledger Accounting, Bank Accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Treasury / Funds Management.
CO - Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Activity-Based Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Cost Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
Business Process Analysis:
Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes pertaining to SAP S/4HANA FI-CO module and propose improvements with SAP best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective business solutions through best-fit system configurations.
End-User Support and Optimization:
Provide ongoing support to Investigate and resolve issues timely efficient manner and optimize the end-users' adaptability towards the SAP S/4HANA FI-CO processes.
Collaborate with other SAP functional Executives (e.g., Materials Management, Sales & Distribution) to ensure smooth integration between the FI-CO module and other relevant modules.
Collaborate with the internal and external SAP support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
User Training & Documentation:
Develop and deliver end-user training programs for the SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules.
Transfer knowledge to internal teams, empowering them to use and maintain the SAP system effectively.
Create documentation and training materials to ensure users can effectively utilize the system.
Reporting and FI-CO period-end management:
Generate and analyze FI-CO reports to ensure and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting integrity.
Advise and improve product costing, OH Absorption, and other Cost and Management accounting processes.
System Upgrades, Enhancements & Data Integrity:
Work with the development team to design, test, and implement system upgrades or enhancements to the SAP S/4HANA FI-CO module when necessary.
Perform regular data validation checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information within the SAP S/4HANA.
Stay Current with SAP Trends:
Stay abreast of Apparel and textile Industry trends and related SAP releases to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
