 Oversee daily mechanical operations of all garments sewing
machinery.
 Responsible for plant-to-plant Machine balancing.
 Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of all
equipment used for sewing.
 Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize machine
downtime.
 Upgrade and modify sewing machines to improve productivity and
efficiency.
 Ensure safety, compliance, and proper calibration of all sewing
mechanical systems.
 Coordinate installation and commissioning of new sewing machines.
 Research and introduce new technologies in sewing automation and
productivity enhancement.
 Lead pilot projects for innovative production models.
 Stay updated with global trends in sewing machine tech and smart
garment manufacturing.
 Work closely with IE, QA, and Production teams to ensure
innovations are practical and cost-effective.
 Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, technicians, and
R&D staff.
 Any other task assigned by the management.
