- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chittagong & surrounding areas
- Promote HVAC products (VRF, Chiller, DX systems, etc.) to consultants, contractors, developers & end-users
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, BOQs, and quotations
- Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and client meetings
- Follow up on leads, tenders, and project pipelines to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with design, supply chain, and service teams for smooth execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely collections and support in credit management

Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in HVAC/project sales
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the zone
