Oversee all aspects of business operations and be responsible for driving business growth and profitability.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize business performance and achieve operational goals.
Manage day-to-day operations of the factory.
Ensure 100% Planned Cut Date (PCD) for all the orders.
Ensure 100% on-time shipment of all orders.
Ensure that inspection of the goods is done within 7 days before the shipment date.
Ensure 95% pre-final quality and 100% final quality of the finished goods of all the orders.
Ensure that the sewing floors are running at an average efficiency of 70%-75%.Ensure zero line feeding or zero equipment changeover time.
Monitor hourly and daily production targets of all the orders so that initiatives can be taken regularly to avoid rejection or short shipment of any orders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers & other stakeholders.
Develop and implement policies & procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting & monitoring expenses.
Train & develop a team of employees to ensure smooth operation of the business.
Develop & maintain a positive work culture, including fostering teamwork, collaboration & employee engagement in different departments.
Ensure quality control & continuous improvement of products & services.
Review & analyze operational reports & metrics to evaluate performance & identify areas for improvement.
Manage risk & ensure business continuity by planning for & responding to potential disruptions or crises.
Maintain a high level of professionalism & integrity in all business dealings.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.  

At least 10 to 15 years experience in shirt (dress & casual) manufacturing [i.e. cutting, sewing, finishing and washing [if applicable)] is a must.
Should be able to take full responsibility of a large 100% export oriented shirt manufacturing factory.
Must have experience in Production, Planning & Control (PPC) of shirt manufacturing industry.
Should have quality assurance and compliance (buyers' standard like H&M, Zara, etc.).
Should have knowledge of industrial engineering (efficiency, line balancing etc.).
Should be well experienced in supply chain & sourcing (fabrics, trims and logistics etc.).
Deep understanding of global apparel markets.
Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., social, ethical, safety).
Familiarity with sustainability trends (green factories, certifications like LEED).Awareness of labor laws in Bangladesh.
Should have solid track record of success.
Excellent communication skills and capacity to build strong working relationship throughout the brand / buyers/Team Members both local & overseas and efficiently work with all levels.
Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS Word, MS Excel is desirable.
