1.Lead a Design Team of Knit product Fashion Design and Product Development.
2.Sourcing from a new inquiry till final order placement, including all sealing processes.
3. Market research, Sample collection/shopping based on Clients’ Benchmarks & Competitors.
4. Well-traveled, attend buyer meetings, road shows, conferences, and design fairs regularly.
Globally, the product library ensures capabilities, strength & better overview in front of a wide client range based on that.
5. Shopping and research keep updated with ongoing global trends, fabrics, embellishment techniques, trims & accessories.
6. Ensures smooth communication with clients abroad.
7. As per the buyer's schedule, create and maintain a Yearly Design Calendar.
8. For new business development support to the Marketing team, as well as product to show buyer presentation & Visual Merchandising.
9. Day-to-day task review with the team and help them to make action plans. 
10.Educate and guide the merchandising and marketing teams on upcoming trends and fashion products for their better understanding and handling of the clients. 
11. Continuously upgrading buyer relations by sharing the latest trend research and collections, keeping their product portfolio and end customer in mind.
12. Team status and performance update to top management on a regular basis.
Performing any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
