• Oversee utilities: HVAC, boilers, chilled water, compressed air, purified water/WFI, and power systems
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO, FDA, and regulatory standards
• Manage preventive maintenance and minimize downtime
• Lead utility projects (installation, upgrades, commissioning)
• Optimize energy consumption and control costs
• Support audits, validation, and documentation
• Lead and develop the utility team
• Ensure EHS and safety compliance
