- Achieving assigned sales targets for gypsum products within the territory 
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors 
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the dealer network 
- Conducting regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends 
- Ensuring timely collection and payment follow-up from clients 
- Promoting brand visibility and product awareness in the assigned region

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field 
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials / construction industry 
- Proven experience in dealer/channel sales 
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure 
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region
