• Capable to source different Woven, Knit and Denim fabrics from Bangladesh and other part of the world.
• Knowledge about yarn, fabrics, finishes, textile process (weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing), Testing, cost breakdown, market prices, trend analysis, and develop new fabrics.
• To understand buyer requirements physical and chemical testing parameters to source the right quality fabrics.
• To submit different approval lab dips, development sample, swatches, hangers, bulk hangers to concern merchandising team or customers.
• To check AQL, ensure quality assurance, and inspection.
• To ensure fabrics supply chain and educate team members.
• Capable to manage different suppliers, factory evaluations, capacity, compliance, quality, projection, allocation. Trouble shooting.
• Collect different supplier's prices, prepare price comparison and submit to the management.
• Closely monitoring fabrics development, bulk production on time without any delay and tracking orders and payments.
• Visit factory, resolve issues, and ensure coordination among merchandising, commercial, accounts department internally and others.
• Understanding the fabrics defect, garments consumption, and garments process.
• Submit different report to the department head and follow the working SOP.
• To maintain the head of the department instructions and work with new assignments when required.

• Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS-Office, Excel, Internet, E-mail Browsing etc
• Proactive, Honest, Enthusiastic and hard working with strong analytical skills
