• Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering (IE) team for sweater production
• Monitor production efficiency, line balancing, and manpower utilization
• Conduct capacity planning and production target analysis
•  Implement work study, time study, and motion study activities
• Identify productivity improvement opportunities and cost saving initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Textile Engineering, or relevant field
• Strong experience in IE operations within the Sweater OR RMG industry
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, SAM, SMV, and efficiency calculation
