• EPZ Compliance: Manage all bonding activities, passbook maintenance, and customs documentation (Bill of Entry/Export).
• Inventory Control: Lead physical-to-book audits, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation using ERP systems.
• Operational Flow: Optimize warehouse space and implement FIFO/FEFO for raw materials and finished goods.
• Liaison: Coordinate with C&F agents and BEPZA officials to ensure smooth material movement.
• Safety: Maintain high HSE standards and supervise a large team of store staff and laborers.

• Education: Minimum Graduation (Business or Supply Chain background preferred).
• Experience: Proven track record in warehouse management specifically within an EPZ environment.
• Skills: Proficient in ERP software and MS Excel; strong understanding of BEPZA labor and customs laws.
• Leadership: Ability to thrive under high-pressure shipment deadlines.
