A reputed Buying Office is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of “Technical and QA Manager’
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan.
Coordinate with designers, merchandising, and factories during product development.
Ensure all designs meet buyer quality standards and technical requirements.
Oversee the day-to-day functions with QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning and Design Development department to ensure buyer compliance.
Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain
product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved
Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction
Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data
Ensuring all quality & production issues by Auditing & Controlling.
Production planning & machine maintenance and proper utilized MMR
Management of client/buyer in case of any non-conforming products.
Educational Requirements
Graduate from a reputed university. Preference will be given to candidates with a B.Sc. or
Diploma in Textile Engineering/Technology and/or additional professional certifications in
Garment Manufacturing, Apparel Technology, Technical Management, or Quality
Assurance/Quality Control from recognized institutions.
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of garment pattern making garment construction, technical processes,
AQL standards, and quality assurance.
Hands-on experience in Woven, Denim, and Knit products. Experience with Print,
Embroidery, and washing processes will be given preference.
Proven experience in the garments industry, including Garments, Garment Accessories, Fabrics, Garment Washing, and AQL/Quality Standards.
Self-motivated, proactive, sincere, and able to work under pressure.
Good command of English and Bengali, both written and spoken.
