Requirement Gathering and Documentation
Conduct structured meetings with users to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), workflow diagrams, use cases, functional specifications, and related documentation
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable Change Requests (CRs) for the development team
Development Coordination and Change Request (CR) Management
Act as the functional liaison between business users, process owners, IT teams, vendors, and developers
Maintain and track the CR log, including priority, ownership, dependencies, status, timelines, and closure
Coordinate development review meetings and escalate critical or delayed issues to stakeholders
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Plan and coordinate UAT for new modules, system enhancements, integrations, and software releases
Prepare UAT test cases, defect logs, business validation scenarios, and sign-off documentation
Monitor defect resolution and obtain functional approval before system go-live
ERP Support, Training and User Adoption
Provide first-level functional support for ERP and related business applications
Develop user manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials
Conduct user onboarding, role-based training, and refresher sessions
Analyze recurring user issues and recommend process, system, or training improvements
Governance and Reporting
Maintain proper documentation, version control, approvals, UAT evidence, release notes, and go-live records
Prepare regular reports on CR status, UAT progress, open issues, release readiness, and project risks
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, ERP functionality, and data quality
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
Professional certification in ERP, Business Analysis, Project Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field will be an advantage
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, software project coordination, ERP support, or similar functional roles
Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, SRS, functional specifications, process maps, use cases, test cases, and UAT documentation
Experience working with manufacturing, project-based operations, supply chain, finance, HR, or multi-business environments will be preferred
Business process analysis and functional requirement translation
Documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation
Change Request (CR) management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and release coordination
Strong process discipline, attention to detail, follow-up, and ownership
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and workflow/process mapping tools
