Lead the design, development, and optimization of power and distribution transformers.Review engineering drawings, calculations, BOMs, and technical documents to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.Supervise routine, type, special, and high-voltage transformer testing while maintaining quality assurance and testing procedures.Conduct root-cause analysis, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reliability.Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), customer inspections, and technical audits.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, prepare engineering reports to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in transformer design, testing, quality assurance, or power equipment manufacturing.Experience in transformer manufacturing is highly preferred.Professional certification in transformer design/testing and experience in electrical equipment, heavy engineering, generators, diesel engines, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ASTM, and other transformer standards.Hands-on experience in transformer design, routine/type/high-voltage testing, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).Familiarity with transformer diagnostic tests, including SFRA, DGA, Tan Delta, Partial Discharge,Impulse Testing. Proficiency in AutoCAD and transformer design, calculation, and simulation tools.
