Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow in line with the production plan. Maintain proper line balance by coordinating operators and helpers for maximum efficiency. Monitor product quality, minimize defects, and ensure timely delivery of finished goods. Coordinate closely with the Cutting, Washing, Embroidery, Printing, QC, and Finishing teams to maintain seamless production flow. Review production performance and quality trends, implement corrective actions where necessary, and monitor manpower utilization while providing on-the-job training. Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and quality standards throughout the production process.

Graduation,Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with relevant work experience

Strong technical knowledge of Jacket & Outerwear products, with excellent leadership, production planning, quality control, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage production teams effectively, maintain quality standards, and ensure production targets are achieved on time.
