• Supervise and manage all sewing floor production activities to achieve daily production targets.
• Plan, maintain, and optimize production line layout and line balancing.
•  Ensure smooth production flow with sufficient input from the cutting section.
•  Monitor quality, productivity, efficiency, and ensure on-time shipment.
•  Coordinate with Cutting, Finishing, Quality, and other departments to resolve production issues.
•  Analyze production defects and alteration trends and implement corrective actions.
•  Guide, train, motivate, and develop production teams to improve performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
•  Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and factory standards.
•  Support production planning, process improvement, and audit readiness. 
   

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 
•  Minimum 7 years of experience in Production within the RMG industry. 
   
• Hands-on experience in Jacket & Outerwear manufacturing is mandatory.
•  Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, sewing operations, and production efficiency. 
• Ability to lead large production teams and achieve production targets. 
•  Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
