Training Manager

Conduct and coordinate regular & official training programs.
Develop training modules and learning materials.
Conduct TNA and identify employee skill gaps.
Deliver training on Customer Service, CRM, Communication & Service Delivery.
Ensure training and onboarding of new employees.
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports.

HRM

Training & Development experience in a Retail Chain / Supermarket
Hands-on experience training frontline/store staff
Experience in Customer Service, CRM & Customer Communication; training experience in TNA, Training Module Development & Training Delivery
Experience in New Employee Onboarding & Induction Training
