Training & Development experience in a Retail Chain / Supermarket
Hands-on experience training frontline/store staff
Experience in Customer Service, CRM & Customer Communication; training experience in TNA, Training Module Development & Training Delivery
Experience in New Employee Onboarding & Induction Training
