• Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering (IE) department and ensure effective IE operations across production.
• Develop and maintain SMV/SAM, operation bulletin, capacity, manpower, and efficiency standards.
• Conduct time study, method study, work measurement, and motion analysis to improve productivity.
• Plan and optimize line balancing, workstation allocation, manpower utilization, and production layouts.
• Analyze production capacity and prepare line-wise and style-wise capacity plans based on order requirements.
•  Monitor and improve line efficiency, productivity, utilization, target achievement, and manpower performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve production flow and reduce idle time.
•  Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Cutting, Finishing, and other departments to improve overall production efficiency.
• Analyze target vs. actual production, efficiency, downtime, bottlenecks, and operational losses and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement productivity improvement initiatives, process optimization, and cost-reduction strategies.
• Support new style/product introduction through operation breakdown, SMV calculation, capacity analysis, and line allocation.

Minimum bachelor's degree in industrial engineering Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering within the RMG industry.
• Hands-on experience in Jacket & Outerwear manufacturing is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in SMV/SAM, time study, work study, line balancing, capacity planning, and efficiency improvement.
• Strong understanding of sewing operations, production processes, and garment manufacturing.
• Proven experience in manpower planning, capacity analysis, productivity improvement, and bottleneck identification.
•  Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and lead an IE team and work effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and relevant IE/production planning tools.
