Support IE activities for Jacket & Outerwear production and ensure smooth implementation of IE standards on the production floor.

Develop and maintain SMV/SAM, operation breakdown, and capacity plans for different jacket and outerwear styles.

Conduct method studies and time studies to establish standard production methods and operation times.

Assist in line balancing, manpower allocation, and line layout based on production requirements.

Monitor line efficiency, productivity, production targets, and operator performance.

Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and efficiency gaps.

Prepare daily and periodic IE reports covering efficiency, productivity, capacity, and manpower utilization.

Monitor WIP, DHU, rework, absenteeism, and other productivity related issues and support corrective actions.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Merchandising, and Technical teams to improve production flow.

Support new style development through pre production analysis, operation bulletin, SMV preparation, and capacity planning.

Assist in implementing productivity improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost reduction initiatives.

Conduct follow up studies

Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) or a relevant discipline.

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in IE within the RMG industry.

Hands on experience in Jacket and Outerwear manufacturing is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of SMV/SAM, Time Study, Method Study, Line Balancing, and Capacity Planning.

Good understanding of sewing operations, operation breakdown, manpower allocation, and production processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and IE related reporting.

Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work closely with production teams in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
