Make outbound calls to international clients and potential customers.

Deliver professional sales presentations and introduce company products and services.

Handle customer queries, objections and concerns professionally.

Update CRM with call notes, customer information and follow ups.

Prepare regular sales activity and call reports.

Schedule virtual meetings between prospective clients and senior sales managers.

Maintain professional communication with international customers and support lead generation activities.

Conduct basic market research and support international sales development.

A Level or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

0 to 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service or International Calling.

Must be fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Neutral and professional English accent is preferred.

Good knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, VoIP systems and internet research tools.

Strong communication, interpersonal, sales and negotiation skills.

Confident and comfortable communicating with international clients.

Ability to work effectively during the night shift and in a target oriented environment.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with international cold calling or telesales experience will get preference.

Experience handling US, Canada, UK or Australia customers will be an advantage.
