Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical machinery
Ensure uninterrupted power supply to production floors and utilities
Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
Oversee installation, maintenance, and calibration of machines
Ensure proper machine settings to meet production quality and efficiency standards
Reduce machine downtime and support production team in line balancing
Train and guide mechanics on advanced machine handling and troubleshooting
Maintain, repair, and service mechanical equipment including boilers, compressors, pumps, chillers, HVAC, utility systems, and starch production machinery
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with government safety standards for boilers and pressure vessels

Age: At least 30 years
Relevant experience in Electromechanical field, preferably in Starch Industry
BUET graduates preferred
