1. Take ownership of specific projects and ensure their successful execution, encompassing all residential, shopping mall, commercial, and construction projects.
2. Lead the Heads of Projects/Project Managers, representatives from user departments, and others concerned to arrive at the best and most efficient solutions.
3. Implement highly effective time management strategies across all projects, emphasizing, rigorous monitoring and control measures to ensure on-time delivery of all projects, consistently meeting customer satisfaction benchmarks.
4. Ensure that all project works are completed with quality standards, absolute safety, on time, efficient manner, project budgets, and control costs.
5. Maintain regular communication with clients, oversee project activities to ensure alignment with master project milestones, and review monthly Projects Progress Reports (PPR)
6. Ensure and maintain strong coordination with all project stakeholders, including SCM, P&C, Logistics, CS, and others, to proactively prevent delays, defects, inactivity, and to promote the smooth progress of construction projects.
7. Allocate resources within projects to meet deadlines & objectives and follow up with HR to deploy at the right time.
8. Evaluate training needs of the existing engineering team and arrange necessary training periodically and action training and development programming in conjunction with the human resources department to meet company’s business objectives.
9. Ensure and facilitate meetings at the project site office, bringing together engineers and relevant contractors to oversee and promote knowledge sharing among project teams.
10. Carry out any other jobs, as assigned by management.

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed public university.
• CGPA of 3.00 or more (in a scale of 4.00) in B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• More than 20+ years.
• The applicant having experience in the following area(s) will have added advantage:
Project Management, PMBOK Guidelines, PMP® certification, Real Estate Industry, etc.
• The applicant having skills in the following area(s) will have added advantage:
MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Report Writing, Presentation Preparation, AutoCAD, etc.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of commercial and shopping mall projects, including project management, operations, and delivery requirements.
• Strong computer skill in MS Office applications and MS Project Software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
• Self-driven and proactive to take initiative, result-oriented and devoted to work.
• Ability to deliver extraordinary performance under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use technology and analytical tools in the job and problem solving.
• The applicant must have at least 03 years working experience in similar position in any project management environment.
