B2B Lead Generation: Execute cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and industry-specific B2B platforms.
Strategic Sourcing: Research, vet, and negotiate with global manufacturers to meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
Funnel Management: Qualify incoming leads and shepherd them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.

Bachelor

o Education: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Bachelor in Apparel Merchandising, or Graduation/MBA in Marketing.
Experience: [5 to 8 years] of working experience in a reputed buying house.
o Skills: Fluent in English, strong negotiation capabilities, and sound knowledge of ERP/SAP software.  
 
*** Education may be tolerated based on experience candidate.

o Must have experience in apparel marketing and customer development.
o Having an existing overseas customer/buyer network will be highly preferred.
o Should have the ability to generate new customers and collect orders.
o Good knowledge of Knit, Woven, Sweater and other apparel products.
o Knowledge of costing, sampling, production and shipment follow-up.
o Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
o Experience dealing with USA, UK, and Canada, Europe or other international buyers is preferred.
o Should be target-oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.
o Candidates who can bring active customers/business opportunities will receive priority.
