Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service

Manage bar staff scheduling, training & performance

Maintain inventory, stock control & supplier coordination

Ensure quality standards, hygiene & compliance with licensing regulations

Develop and update beverage/cocktail menus

Monitor bar sales, costing & profitability

Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent guest experience

Coordinate with kitchen & floor management for seamless operations

Proven experience as Bar Manager or similar role in hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology & bar operations

Excellent leadership & team management skills

Strong communication & customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment
