• Lead and manage the merchandising team for jacket and outerwear products.
• Handle the complete merchandising cycle from buyer inquiry, costing, order confirmation to shipment.
• Develop accurate costing, negotiate prices, and ensure healthy margins.
• Communicate with buyers and buying houses regarding product development, samples, orders, and approvals.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, Fabric, Trims and Washing teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor T&A, production progress, quality, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, sample development, and approvals.
• Resolve production and buyer-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with international buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Fashion or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant merchandising experience, preferably in Jacket / Outerwear.
• Strong knowledge of jacket construction, fabrics, trims, costing, and production processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with international buyers and buying houses.
• Strong leadership and team management capability.
