Team Lead Solar Rooftop

Technical & Project Management

•  Conduct rooftop site surveys, shading analysis and energy yield assessments
•  Lead system design, SLDs, layouts, BOQs and technical specifications for 50 kW–5 MW projects.
• Evaluate solar modules, inverters, BOS and monitoring equipment, including certification and warranty requirements.
•  Oversee installation, commissioning, net-metering setup and performance testing.
•  Ensure compliance with relevant technical, safety and EHS standards.
• Drive O&M activities and system performance after project handover.

Business Development

•  Identify and develop C&I clients across RMG, textile, pharma, cold storage, hospitals and corporate sectors.
• Develop and convert business opportunities against monthly pipeline targets.
•  Prepare client proposals covering energy yield, financial returns and electricity cost savings.
•  Track market trends, tariff changes and renewable-energy policy developments.
• Regulatory & Compliance
•  Manage SREDA licensing and BPDB/DESCO/DPDC net-metering and grid-connection processes.
•  Ensure BSTI certification compliance and stay updated on renewable-energy regulations and equipment approval requiremen\
• Team Leadership & Reporting
•  Lead and develop Solar Engineers, Site Supervisors and BD Executives.
• Establish KPIs, SOPs and structured performance-review processes
•  Prepare monthly reports covering pipeline, project progress, revenue forecast, cost performance and market outlook.

B.Sc. in EEE, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a UGC recognized university.

• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience. Hands-on experience in Solar / Renewable Energy will be an added advantage.
•  Strong understanding of rooftop solar PV system design, EPC execution and C&I business development.
• Knowledge of SREDA, BPDB, DESCO, DPDC and net-metering requirements.
•  Strong team leadership, client management and commercial skills.
