Senior Manager – Placement Printing

Manage placement printing process and production

Oversee printing techniques and process parameters

Ensure artwork and print placement accuracy

Manage color and print quality standards

Oversee sample and bulk production

Handle production planning and capacity management

Manage printing chemicals, inks, and consumables

Conduct technical troubleshooting

Ensure quality control and testing

Manage production efficiency and cost

Conduct Root Cause Analysis and CAPA

Ensure 5S and workplace safety compliance

10–15 years of relevant experience in garment/textile printing, with strong placement printing expertise

Proven experience managing printing production, technical problem solving, quality, planning, and cross-functional coordination

Experience in export-oriented garment manufacturing and handling buyer requirements preferred
