Manager – Merchandising (Woven)

Manage the complete merchandising process from buyer inquiry to final shipment.

Communicate and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and buying houses.

Handle costing, price negotiation, order confirmation, and order execution.

Coordinate with Fabric, Trims, Production, Planning, Quality, Washing, and Commercial teams.

Develop and monitor Time and Action (T&A) plans to ensure on-time delivery.

Follow up on fabric and trims sourcing, lab dips, samples, approvals, and bulk production.

Monitor production progress and resolve merchandising-related issues to meet buyer requirements.

Ensure product quality, compliance, and shipment deadlines are maintained.

Prepare costing sheets, order status reports, and merchandising updates for management.

8–12 years of practical experience in woven garments merchandising, preferably in a reputed export-oriented RMG factory.

Strong knowledge of woven products such as shirts, trousers, jackets, Denim and outerwear.

Experience handling international buyers and managing orders independently.

Excellent knowledge of costing, fabrics, trims, production processes, and export procedures.

Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
