Technician Asst. Manager/Manager

Monitor and troubleshoot sewing machine-related technical issues.

Ensure proper machine settings, adjustments, and maintenance.

Identify and resolve sewing machine and production-related technical problems.

Ensure smooth machine operation and minimize machine downtime.

Support sewing line efficiency and production quality.

Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.

Guide and supervise sewing technicians to ensure efficient machine performance

Strong technical knowledge of garment sewing operations and production processes.

Practical experience in sewing production troubleshooting and efficiency improvement.

Experience in the RMG industry in a similar role.

Ability to manage technical issues and support sewing line productivity.
