6–10 years of HR experience with 6+ years in L&D
Strong knowledge of L&D frameworks, Adult Learning & Instructional Design
Hands-on expertise in ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Bloom’s Taxonomy  70-20-10
Experience in TNA, Competency Mapping & Training Needs Assessment
Strong exposure to Leadership Development & Capability Building
Experience designing Classroom, Virtual & Blended Learning programs
Hands-on experience with LMS & Digital Learning Platforms
Strong Facilitation, Presentation & Public Speaking skills
Experience in Training Evaluation, Effectiveness & ROI Measurement
Strong Stakeholder, Vendor & Project Management skills
