Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Sales

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve apartment sales targets.
Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads through various channels.
Promote and present residential apartment projects to prospective buyers.
Manage client inquiries, conduct property presentations, and arrange site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers to close sales deals.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Coordinate with the marketing, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.

3–8 years of experience in Real Estate / Apartment Sales will be preferred.
Previous experience in a Real Estate Developer company is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of the Dhaka real estate market will be an added advantage.
