1. Organize and prepare for facing different audits like BSCI, SEDEX, GRS, RCS, GTW, GOTS, OCS along with other
social/ethical/environmental/technical/supply chain security.
2. Have sound knowledge on labor law 2006, various compliance related issues, COC of different reputed buyers and
implementation of those in the factory.
3. Ensure legal compliance/code of conduct, fire, electrical, health & safety issues etc.
4. Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different buyers code of conduct
5. Responsible for Higg index FEM & FSLM, H&M Buyer, Inditex
6. Following up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
7. Communicate Third party audit firm, fire & civil defense department, labor office, labor court, police station, local
influences & labor organization.
8. To lead a team and to make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
9. Responsible for making and implement company`s HR & Admin policies as per local laws & different buyers` code
of conduct.
10. Responsible for recruitment, selection, placement, compensation/benefits, legal compliance/code of conduct, HR
administration, fire, health & safety etc.
11. Responsible for handling disciplinary & grievance, employee selection issue as per law.
12. Responsible for monitoring training/awareness on regular basis.
13. Responsible for job description for employees.
14. Responsible for ensuring effective HR information system within the entity
